Trip to Kroger

Last night I made a trip to Kroger.  I got a few really great deals on some items, so I decided to stock up!   I paid $31.49 for everything in the picture above!  Here are the highlights:

General Mills & Quaker Cereals were on sale.  When you buy 4, you get an instant $4 off at checkout (2 credits per transaction).
I bought:
(2) Cherrios @ $3.29 each
(2) Honey Nut Cheerios @ $2.50 each
(3) Quaker Life Cereals @ $2.50 each
(1) Cheerios Apples & Cinnamon @ $2.50 each
Total: $21.58 + tax
- $3.00, (3) $1 off Quaker Cereals cut from a Quaker oatmeal box
- $2.20, (2) $.55 off Cherrios Cereals from here (doubled at Kroger)
- $2.00, (2) $1 off Cheerios coupons that were mailed to me
- $.75 from Shortcuts.com
- $8.00, (2) $4 off instantly at checkout Kroger special
Total after coupons: $5.63 + tax
This works out to $.73 per box of cereal - I usually aim to spend no more than $1 per box, so this was a great deal for our budget!

So, this is not all of my purchases, but since I'm new to this and incredibly slow at looking up the links for coupons, and being sure my math is right, I'll stop here for now.  The good news is, Kroger deals run thru Tuesday, so if you local girls are going to McComb between now and then, you might be able to snag some of these deals yourself!
