As you can see, I had an incident while finishing up Richy's Baked Penne. About a gallon of blood (okay, maybe not a gallon but I'm very squeamish) and five or six stitches later...I'm out of the cheese grating business. Four fingers cut on that hand...one severely enough that I cut a nerve and I have no feeling in it from the cut to the end. So...I am going to try to finish the cookies because I really want to, but Richy will have to finish his supper and there will be no candy-making today. Oh well. Maybe I'll do the candy in a few days!
On the upside, since I don't have a dishwasher and I can't use this hand, I don't have to do dishes for a week! Yippeee! Guess my hubby and kids will have to work it out!
