Adventures in Baking: Butter Crisp Cookies

I was in the mood for cookies last week and these hit the spot!  They're super simple to make and they are delicious!  Chocolate chip cookies are my MOST favorite, but these buttery, soft, and crispy cookies are way up there on my list!
Here's what you need:

1 box of Pillsbury Yellow (Pudding in the Mix) Cake Mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup Rice Krispies






Now...this is as  easy as it gets.    Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.



Form into tight 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.  The instructions also say to flatten slightly...but I forgot this step and they were still the best little cookies ever!

Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
And you have these...super, yummy, moist, crispy....wonderful little cookies.



Last, but not least...eat a few, and unless you have 5 kids like me, give the rest to neighbors, so you don't gain 10 pounds!
