If you go on over to Snapfish.com and set up an account, then call them at 1-800-634-4500 and tell them about your problem with the coupon code, it seems they are willing to credit the 25 FREE prints to your account and are offering FREE shipping to your home. If they don't offer... ask for it!

ReplyDeleteI went on live and done a 2nd live chat with the folks and ended up getting my 25 prints free and shipping free also....I complained but done it nicely... FYI the 2nd lady I talked to said that all their PROMO codes are for deliverly only and NEVER pick up ...that's something to keep in mind...
